Cedar Salmon with Apple Maple Glaze

This is a simple guide to prepare this dish, because all the ingredients are readily available.  You can purchase cedar plank, wild salmon and our freshly made Apple Maple Glaze in store. – Jen 


1 Presoaked Cedar Plank
2 Salmon Filets (6 oz each)
1 Container of Apple Maple glaze from our store

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Season Salmon with salt and pepper. Place Salmon on cedar plank.
  • Drizzle an even coating of Apple maple galze over the Salmon.
  • Bake the Salmon on the Cedar plank for 15-20 mins in the oven.
