It is important to note that hand peeled shrimp need to be super fresh. They will last only 1 day in the fridge. I recommend purchasing them fresh the day you plan to use them. They should never smell like ammonia, if they do, they should be discarded right away. – Jen
200g Hand Peeled Shrimp (Fresh)
2 Tbsp Horseradish
4 Tbsp Ketchup
1-2 English Cucumbers (depending on size, sliced into rounds)
Fresh Dill to garnish
- Combine horseradish and ketchup in a small bowl to make cocktail sauce.
- Slice cucumber into nice even rounds (1/4 “ thick max) and spread them out on your cutting board.
- Place a small even amount of cocktail sauce onto each slice.
- Next, place 4 to 5 hand peeled shrimp onto each cucumber round and garnish with a sprig of dill.
