Prawn and pineapple skewers are great on the BBQ and easy to cook. Kids love them and these prawn skewers are perfect for picnics, brunch, or boating.- Jen
12 Prawns (cleaned and deveined)
½ Pineapple (cleaned and cut into 1.5” 2 “ squares)
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- Preheat Grill
- Skewer prawns and pineapple onto skewers (alternating pieces)
- Season skewers well with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Drizzle vegetable oil over skewers.
- Grill skewers for 2 4 mins per side
- Serve skewers with cilantro pesto or a chutney of your choice
