Make this for a meal in 12" or as a perfect snack for the afternoon in 10", either way its a great way to enjoy some prawns! - Jen
1 lb (16-20) Prawns (peeled and deveined) or 250g Hand Peeled Shrimp
1 par-baked 10 or 12” Pizza Shell
1/4 cup Basil Pesto
1 jar Roasted Red Peppers (drained, deseeded and roughly chopped)
340g Fontina Cheese (grated)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Spread pizza shell evenly with pesto to cover the bottom of the shell.
- Cover pizza with roasted red peppers, prawns and fontina cheese.
- Bake pizza in oven for 12-15 mins.
